THE OYSTER HOUSE
In 2014, we opened our shop on Jaffe Road in Wan Chai. At that time, the shop was relatively small with only 40 seats, and the seating area was narrow. However, this created a lively atmosphere with more interaction among the customers, resembling a late-night eatery. There were often interactions between customers (which I sometimes miss). In November of 2023, we officially moved to our new address to provide a more comfortable dining environment for our guests and start a new chapter.
The key to our success lies in the freshness of our oysters, and we are able to maintain such high standards for three main reasons.


Reliable suppliers
With nine years in the business, we have established excellent relationships with our suppliers, allowing us to obtain the highest quality oysters.
Efficient logistics
Hong Kong's logistics system is well-developed, especially for Japanese ingredients that are highly popular among Hong Kongers. We receive direct shipments from Japan two to three times a week, ensuring a steady supply of fresh oysters.


Sales and control
We sell a maximum of 200 to 300 oysters per day, ensuring that we always have fresh oysters available. If the daily sales fall short of expectations, we will make necessary adjustments and, if needed, dispose of any excess inventory to maintain freshness. Keep fresh within three days.
